As CEO and Co-Founder of ZAGO Manufacturing Company, she has spent over three decades transforming a family-run startup into a globally respected producer of high-performance sealing fasteners—trusted by engineers across aerospace, EV, defense, and medical sectors.

Gail is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a respected public servant. She currently serves as the Deputy Mayor of Community Affairs for Fair Lawn, New Jersey, and previously served as Mayor and a Councilmember. Her leadership spans the private and public sectors, driven by a deep commitment to community, industry, and economic opportunity.

In both boardrooms and council chambers, Gail is known for her bold decision-making, inclusive vision, and tireless advocacy. She sits on the Boards of NJMEP, Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey, Infinity Tomorrow, and the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), where she champions workforce development, manufacturing innovation, and sustainable business practices.
