Once installed, the O-ring compresses into the groove, forming a 360-degree leak-proof, airtight barrier, preventing contaminants including water, oil, gas, dust and moisture from entering or escaping sensitive equipment, protecting both operational integrity and environmental safety.
Unlike traditional fasteners, the unified design of ZAGO’s Oversized Phillips Flat Head Sealing Screws eliminates the need for secondary washers, gaskets, and sealants, reducing assembly time, lowering total part count, and improving long-term reliability.
